Zack- "5 stars does not say enough about this school and the instructors. I give the instructors, Ryan and Dustin at R & D Truck driving school a 100 star rating. I originally went through another schools program, spent 3 weeks there, and had no personal interaction with the instructors, other students were teaching the new students. I’m about to drive 100,000 lbs down the road, and I’m being taught by students! I have never felt so unsafe, I was to the point I was regretting turning my life upside down to chase this dream.. I couldn’t handle finishing my time at that school so I reach out to R & D. They had me on their schedule the very next day. Ryan is hands down the best, most professional, patient, passionate and knowledgeable instructor out there. He understands that not everyone learns the same way, and he adopts to your learning style. The one on one coaching, training, and encouragement made it for me. Ryan was more excited when I passed a skill or hit a gear shifting than I was!! I have never felt more comfortable not knowing what I’m doing than I did with the guys at R & D. I will forever be grateful for finding Ryan and Dustin. They literally restored my hopes and dreams of getting my CDL. Dawn - "Ryan and Deanne are super great people to learn from. Ryan has amazing patience and the ability to calm even the nervous of students. He's been trucking a very long time and has vast knowledge in all aspects of truck driving. He understands the different ways that people learn and if he realizes you need another way of learning he has no problem bringing in other teachers who can use a different method of teaching. He was very patient with me and we have become good friends even after graduation. His wife handles all the paperwork and scheduling and she was fabulous with scheduling me for schooling for when I could do it. That's why I chose R&D Truck Driving School. They are super nice and able to accommodate most schedules."
